Online Orders
Online Ordering Service Fee
By placing an online order with El Charro Mexican Restaurant, you are agreeing to a 4.99% online ordering service fee that is applied to each meal.
The 4.99% online ordering service fee supports the development, maintenance and servicing of the ordering system’s software and hardware.
Modifying Orders
Order Changes
Orders that have already been made can no longer be modified or changed. If an order has not yet been made, or it has been placed for a later date, we may allow changes.
Please contact us immediately to request any changes.
Restaurant Cancellations
Order Cancellation Policy
We reserve the right to cancel an order without providing a reason. A cancellation may be due to product unavailability, an error in pricing or another issue affecting our ability to complete the order.
We will inform you of changes to your order and provide a refund if an order is cancelled by us. We will not be held liable for damages resulting from exercising this right.
Customer Requests
Customer Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us immediately. Order cancellation is at our sole discretion.
If your food has not yet been made, we will generally allow you to cancel and provide a refund. Once your order has been made, you will no longer be able to cancel it.
Payment Returns
Refunds
Refunds may be issued at our discretion and can be either partial or whole depending on the circumstances. Refunds will not be given for ordering the wrong item or making an incorrect selection.
If you believe your order was not as advertised, please contact us and we will help resolve the issue.
If a refund is issued, it will be returned through the original payment method. Credit or debit card refunds may take up to two weeks to process but will generally take three to five business days.
Licensed Service
Alcohol Service
Our premises are a licensed alcohol venue. We must adhere to all applicable laws regarding the sale and service of alcohol.
This includes refusing alcohol service to anyone who is under the legal drinking age, visibly intoxicated or otherwise ineligible for service at our discretion.
No outside beverages or alcohol may be brought onto the premises. We reserve the right to ask customers to leave if they are behaving inappropriately or disrupting our venue.
